However, if you do too many returns (and there's really no set number) the system will lock you out of automated returns and you'll have to contact customer service. There's an automated system that'll let you return any book you've bought (up to a year I think) and get your credit back. Audible says if you don't like an audiobook for any reason, you can return it. They've changed things up, and they're supposedly eating more of the cost of returned books (as long as it's past a given return window) but a lot of authors are still not happy. Returns have been a touchy subject, because a lot of people were seriously abusing the system and Audible was just nuking some authors' royalties due to returns. ![]()
